Jean Ann Garrish

Jean Ann is excited to be an Advanced Member of The Actor's Project NYC.  A native New Yorker, she received her B.A. in Film & Creative Writing from Hofstra University.  Since then, she was cast in Richard Maxwell's Showy Lady Slipper, in which Peter Marks of The New York Times called her performance "comically inspired" and TimeOut NY called the cast a group of "wonderfully adept actors". She also was given the huge opportunity to tour Europe with the show: www.nycplayers.org. When not performing, she continues to develop her craft at HB Studio www.hbstudio.org where she studies with Austin Pendleton as well as Helen Gallagher.
