Fran DeCesare

Fran has a Bachelors in Speech and Theatre from Montclair State University. She has also studied in numerous well know acting studio's in NYC; such as HB Studio and Stella Adler Studios. Ms. DeCesare has trained in commercial, soap, and voice-over technique with various NYC casting directors and agents.
