Showcases and Quality Original Plays
The Actor’s Project NYC
is a non-union membership company dedicated to assisting performers
with industry showcases and plays. The company has 10 acting troupes
ranging from monologue and scene troupes to sketch-comedy troupes:
all 10 troupes directed by The Actor’s Project NYC’s Artistic Director
Bobby Holder. The company also offers support with updating marketing
tools (headshot & résumé), career coaching, and agent forums where
company actors meet one-on-one with agents. Productions are held
in quality mid-town theatres such as The Abingdon’s June Havoc Theatre
and The Barrow Group’s Main Stage Theatre. Membership dues are $195
for the first 4-months (less than $50 a month). More than thirty
percent of The Actor’s Project NYC’s members now have agents.

and then you will be contacted by the company director (Bobby Holder)
with an audition date.
Currently we are casting for three troupes.
Each troupe has 10-15 members.
